Hi Bill,

I’m sure for most people, making an OIC is a once in a lifetime experience. After a lot of online research we decided to take a chance on Nationwide. Man am I glad we did. From day one we felt like we were in good hands with you guiding us through the paperwork, timeline and all of the steps. It felt like we had a “friendly uncle” who knew the ropes on our side. You guys were easy to reach and responded to all of my questions right away.

In the end the acceptance of the OIC gave us a fresh start. Our 60K+ debt was reduced to 1200. Whew!
Keep up the good work.

Today I received the acceptance of my OIC from the IRS after eight
months working with them. The total amount due the IRS was approximately
$130,000. I settled for $1,800!

I am still awaiting news from the State of California.

In the last seven years, I have worked with one attorney and two
other agencies to try to clear up my tax problems with no success. But your
approach was simple and straight forward and, most importantly, worked!

Thank you very much,

Dear Ms. Larson

With the engagement of Taxpayer Advocate Service, I finally got the
ACCEPTED OIC. TAS originally indicated the case would be assigned to
another person within the IRS and could take up six-months. TAS contact
indicated that “due their procrastinating and taking no action” this was the
best approach; however, after the New Years Holidays TAS called back
andsaid it was back with the original person in Texas, and that IRS person
in Texas indicated the case should be completed the end of February and
they would follow-up on the 29th. On the February 18, got an OIC
Acceptance letter hand stamped February 16.

Many thanks for this successful effort.

Hello Sirs,

This will sound dumb, but I have no idea how I accumulated an $80,000 debt
to the IRS.

I was desperate. I searched the internet, and the more I investigated, the less
confidence I had in the firms advertising to reduce my IRS debt.

About a year ago, I submitted my OIC prepared by Nationwide. IT WAS ACCEPTED.
My debt was reduced form 80k to $1,000, and was given six months to pay! Today,
I received my Lien Release Certificate from the IRS. For the first time in years, I can
wake up in the morning without any mental luggage.

Nationwide did everything as promised.

Sincerely,
Erick G.

Dear Mr. #####

They will release the lien when they get around to it. You can speed up that

That’s the kind of business growth we don’t like to see. Frankly, it has
become a huge drain on our limited resources. The work that used to be done

internet makes it so easy to check on a company’s reliability.

Out of those 1,743 disputes processed last year, your company received ZERO!

We offer our congratulations to you for accomplishing a year of outstanding

Dear Ms.

Dear Ms.

Sincerely,
Erick G.

Need to make sure tax lien is removed when they have payment in full.

Thanks and Regards,

Dear Mr. #####

They will release the lien when they get around to it. You can speed up that
process by asking for a lien release once it is paid in full. Take that release
to your county recorder so it can be recorded. Congratulations.

complaints!

That’s the kind of business growth we don’t like to see. Frankly, it has
become a huge drain on our limited resources. The work that used to be done
with one full time person now takes three. Why such a dramatic increase in
complaints? The internet! It is now so easy for people to complain. We have
to take the bad with the good; during this same period the number of
customer inquiries skyrocketed from 13,698 to 59,144! Same reason; the
internet makes it so easy to check on a company’s reliability.

Out of those 1,743 disputes processed last year, your company received ZERO!

We offer our congratulations to you for accomplishing a year of outstanding

Acceptance letter hand stamped February 16.

Many thanks for this successful effort.

Just a quick note of thanks to your company. My offer was accepted!
The original offer was $1200 for twelve months. An IRS representative
contacted me about a month ago and said would it be easier for me to
pay $500 over five months. I said yes. And today in the mail, I received
the approval! $12,000 debt wiped clean with $500! Thank you so much
and I will be telling everyone I know about your company!

Warmest Regards,

Good morning,

I just wanted to thank you for your assistance in preparing my Offer & Compromise
documents. Although they required Janet and I to file separate offers, which they
modified for us, in the end our offer’s were accepted with no monetary changes.
If I ever come across anyone who needs your services, I‘ll surely refer your company.

Thanks again,

Sincerely,
Erick G.

Hi,
Just thought I would drop you a quick note to tell you the levy has
been put on hold until August 15th. I had to go over my finances and
what money is going out and followed your advice to the letter!
Great news she said there should be no problem with my offer and
compromise. I am almost done with the forms and will forward them
to you no later than this weekend.

Thanks again,

Finally! I just got notification from the IRS today in the mail.. They accepted my OIC!
I am on a very reasonable payment plan.. Do I pay it out in all of the scheduled payments
or if I find a way to get the money to pay it off, can I pay it off early or does that raise
red flags?

Thanks, Gionny

They accepted my offer. Wahoo.
I received an amended form 656 and most of it was filled out by them. The only thing that
changed was the monthly payment amount, $106.25 from $107. She had me sign and fax
it to her. I don’t know when to send the first payment or where to send it. Should I wait for
another letter or send a payment now? But where? The form said the 15th of each month
for two years but no starting date. Can you enlighten me?
By the way thank you so much for all your help with my OIC, couldn’t have done it without you!

Hello,

Great news. They have accepted the offer of compromise for $1000. 50.00 monthly
payments. Started back in July 2014. Took some time but have it completed. Just
made 100.00 payment to them and will pay remaining 900.00 by the end of this month.
Need to make sure tax lien is removed when they have payment in full.

Thanks and Regards,

Sean #####

Dear Mr. #####

They will release the lien when they get around to it. You can speed up that
process by asking for a lien release once it is paid in full. Take that release
to your county recorder so it can be recorded. Congratulations.

Hey guys, one more question. My offer was accepted.Thank you for all your help.
But I was wondering, would accepting a new job offer with more money in danger
my OIC.The IRS is keeping my tax returns for 2015 & 2016.They said I will get to
keep 2017 tax returns. But my concern if I can’t accept the job offer, then when can I?
My health is not too good right now & accepting a part time job would only be temporary
anyway.Don’t want to in danger all the good work you guys did for me.So I wanted to
know do you think a part time job right now is a bad idea?

I was able to get the levy reduced from “taking it all” to $77.50 per pay check
which is manageable. I have filed all my taxes, personally dropped them off and
received stamped copies for my records.
I have until Oct 17th to file my offer in compromised per my agreement with the IRS

Nationwide filed my offer in compromise with the IRS and I settled at $3400 for a $54000 debt.
Now I owe the State of Missouri and they do have a offer in compromise program. So i am figuring,
I want Nationwide to complete this. My original associates were Bill Johnson and Michelle.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Thank You so much for your quick response and helpful advice on the levy.
I did what you suggested, I called them and set up a payment plan and the
levy has been removed.
No way did I want to file Bankruptcy and I did have filings over 3 years old.
Thanks again for the evaluation and being honest and not taking my money like the
other company did a few years ago. They actually cost more than what I paid them
considering all the additional interest and penalties that have accrued. Even if you
would have been able to help me, your prices are very reasonable.

Sincerely,

In 2012 The BBB processed 1,743 complaints, in 2011 we processed 609

We offer our congratulations to you for accomplishing a year of outstanding
customer service. The BBB commends your complaint free status and realizes
that this milestone deserves to be recognized. You should be proud of this
achievement.

We are committed to businesses such as yours, and are happy to announce
you’ve earned the BBB “Honor Roll” award.
